Instagram For Android Is Now Working On Offline Mode

Instagram has added new feature to it's app for android users, we do know very well that instagram doesn't work on offline mode but with the newly added feature you can be able to use it Even when your totally offline. to cut the long talk short is that Instagram Android users can now browse without using data. This feature of instagram is also like the Tweeter lite version for low data usage That was released on April, but the differences is that is not offline like that of instagram. Alright just scroll down with us for the full details.
At F8 conference in San Jose, Facebook announced to give Instagram users offline mode feature in order for Instagram Android users to access the app without using data which means you will be able to see content that was previously loaded on Instagram’s feed, unfollow users, save media, leave comment on post, like post and all these will be applied once your connection is restored. Just like Facebook and WhatsApp.

"According to the company, 80% of its community is outside of the US and many of these users are on lesser optimized networks, so making sure the app works when there's slow or no connectivity became a crucial feature to implement.".

Full Explanation: The way this works is when you're offline, you can still view the preloaded content and several of the app's sections feed, explore, personal profile, previously visited profiles and so on. And you can interact with them. Liking, commenting, saving, following, and unfollowing, all of these can be done while offline then scheduled to apply when you're back online.

At the moment this feature is only available for Android users and Instagram promised to extend it to the iOS users to receive similar update in the nearest future.

Just head over to Google PlayStore and download/update your Instagram, for the newly added feature.
