This is The Way Every Woman Should Reduce their Appetite To Eat

An American study confirmed that sports contribute to reducing the appetite of women to eat whatever she weights.
The study was made on 18 women with normal weight and 17 obese patients, it shows that walking for 45 minutes reduced their desire to eat, according to the US Health Day News website.

"This study provides evidence that sports not only affect energy, but may also affect people's response when they see food," said lead author James Loshuminan of Brigham Young University.

Women were asked to look at 120 pictures of food and 120 images of flowers, measured the size of the brain twice an hour after walking for 45 minutes and one week after doing any kind of sport.

The women's desire to eat after the sport was less, and the researchers noted that they did not even try to eat more food to compensate for the units they lost in the sport activity.
