How To Take a Screenshot Picture Of What's On Your PC Screen

Taking screen shot of your pc is what many people find hard to do, well many might also know how to do it as it not a new thing but for those who don't have a clue about it then you should read this post.
There are a couple of reasons you might want to take a screenshot (screen capture or screen grab) of your desktop or an application window.
One of the most common is to send the image to tech support to show a problem you're experiencing. Whatever your motive, here's how to take a screenshot on both Windows and Mac.
  1. Full Screen Screen-shots: To take full screen screen-shots press “Print Screen” (PrntScr) key on the system. In order to see it paste the screenshot on Paint file.
  2. Alternatively, to capture just the active or foremost window, press Alt+PrtScn.
  3. Next, open an image editing program like Microsoft Paint and either go to the Edit menu then select Paste or, for a faster method, hit Ctrl+V to paste the image into the program.
  4. One Window Screenshot: Hold the Cursor on screen you want to capture screen-shot of.
  5. Now press both Alt+PrntScr together. Open Paint on Your System and press Ctrl+V to paste screen-shot.
» You Can also use Snipping tools: Open the Snipping tool which is by default available in all version of Windows.

» Select the shape of the Snip between rectangular, Window Snip, Full Screen Snip & Free form snip.
Slect the Snip Border color fron snip tool options.

» Click on New Button abd screen will be blurred.

» Select the area you want to take screen-shot of.

Once you done with above procedure the new screen-shot will open in new Window. Now you can save it with any extension.
