  7. Finally tap the icon close to it to Save changes as shown on the image above.
You can also select which media you want to automatically download the choice is yours.

If you’d like to save a picture to your gallery, open the image and click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner. In the pop-up menu, choose Save to gallery.
